Community Vote – Recipe Format

Best-Ever Cheese Muffins - Get the Good Stuff - www.goodstuff.recipesEvery so often, a blog needs some kind of face-lift or update. Some changes are obvious, some are not.

I figure that my readers ought to have some input in the current decision: should this blog adopt a Recipe Card format? I’m calling for a Community Vote.

Please leave a comment! I’d love to hear your opinions. I show below the recipe for cheese muffins in this format – it’s the same recipe that was posted last week, so you can open up another window to compare both posts.

Do comment, please: which format you like better? What do you love or hate?

  2. I prefer the recipe-card format, with the contrasting background. The color-change allows the reader to locate the recipe more easily, if they happen to be quickly browsing.

  3. I like the recipe card format for ease of reading. Thanks for the opportunity to give input!

  4. I like both formats. The recipe card is a little easier for my dyslexic brain to read. The original is more pleasing to the eye.

I know that isn’t much help.

  5. I prefer the newer format, that sort of looks like a recipe card. I find it much easier to read 🙂

  6. Comment here, please! One possible advantage of using this recipe card format is that you can easily ‘print’ ONLY the recipe, and choose font size and spacing.
